Booking terms & cancellation

Draft — not yet legal advice. These terms are a starting scaffold. Have them reviewed by the owners’ accountant / a Greek lawyer, and confirm the deposit %, cancellation windows and tax handling before publishing. Replace every {TODO} below.

1. Booking & payment

Bookings are made by request. Once we confirm your dates, a 25% deposit is payable via a secure payment link to hold the booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival; for bookings made less than 30 days before check-in, the full amount is payable at confirmation. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

2. Cancellation policy (Moderate)

30 or more days before check-in: full refund of amounts paid.
14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Within 14 days of check-in: no refund.

3. Security deposit & damages
