2. What You Are Booking
We offer short-term holiday accommodation in restored historic homes in the village of Argyrades,
southern Corfu, Greece. A booking gives you the right to stay in the named property (currently
Antigoni) for the dates and the number of guests confirmed in writing by us. The
maximum occupancy is the number of guests confirmed at booking. The property may not be used for
events, parties, subletting or any commercial purpose.
3. Prices and What's Included
All prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR / €), per night for the property.
Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the nightly rate. No security or damage deposit is taken. Guests are responsible for any damage, as set out in our Terms.
A Climate Crisis Resilience Fee set by Greek law is payable per night, collected on arrival. We will confirm the exact amount with your booking. This statutory fee is set by Greek law, is separate from the booking
price, and is payable by the guest.
4. Booking and Payment
When you book, your dates are checked and held while you pay the full price of the stay
on a secure payment page. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is received, and we confirm
it to you by email. If payment is not completed, the dates are released after
1 hour. Card payments are processed
securely by our payment services provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Your Stay, Damage and Liability
We ask guests to treat the house and the village with care: these are historic homes in a quiet, living
community. Please respect the neighbours and Greek statutory quiet hours, and do not smoke indoors. No
security deposit is taken; guests are responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the property or its
contents beyond normal wear and tear during their stay, and agree to reimburse the reasonable cost of
repair or replacement.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount
paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events,
strikes, or interruptions to utilities or internet service; where such an event prevents your stay, the
cancellation provisions above apply in your favour.
6. Complaints and Applicable Law
If something isn't right during your stay, contact us straight away; most issues can be put right on
the spot. These terms are governed by Greek law, and the
courts of Corfu have jurisdiction. If you are an EU consumer, you also keep the protections of your own
country's consumer law and may use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform
(ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
